At Love to Sing, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your new fashion piece isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached, then securely pack them for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
